The MTU Display 10 (DIS 10) is a robust marine monitoring and visualization unit developed to give operators clear, reliable oversight of MTU engines and connected onboard systems. Installed in the Local Operating Panel (LOP) in the engine room and, when required, in remote control stations, it presents essential operating information in a structured format for fast interpretation during navigation, maneuvering, and routine operation.

The DIS 10 enables real-time monitoring of key engine parameters such as speed, temperatures, pressures, operating status, and other values available from the control system, supporting consistent operational control and early detection of abnormal conditions. In addition, it provides alarm, warning, and diagnostic message handling, allowing operators to quickly identify events, understand system status, and react appropriately to faults or limit violations.

Designed for integration within MTU electronic architectures, the Display 10 interfaces with MTU control and monitoring modules via CAN-based communication, ensuring coherent data exchange with the engine control unit and supervision components. The unit features a front-panel design with dedicated function keys (F1–F5) for straightforward operation and menu navigation, prioritizing usability and reliability in demanding marine environments.

Within BlueLine / BlueVision electronic systems, the DIS 10 is commonly used as the front-panel interface of the LOP, serving as the primary local access point for monitoring, status visualization, and alarm/diagnostic interaction at the engine-side operating panel.
