We received an LOP5 used in BlueLine ECS-183 with a big explosion inside. The blowup damaged one part of the electronic motherboard LMB1, in charge of managing high current for starter of the engine.
As you can see, the condition of the board was not repairable, this unit is already obsolete, not supplied by manufacturer, not supplying the motherboard and even not supplying LOP5, which also was very expensive equipment.

As we usually have at least one good unit of every equipment we repair, we used one of our LOP to make a reverse engineering job on that PCB to repair the LMB1 manufacturing from 0 that connected PCB.

On the photos you see the result, giving a special solution to our customer, due to special damage on the board. At first you can see the high damage at PCB, then the board we designed and manufacture, taking in account the high current which have to manage this PCB. Last photos show the complete LOP showing the down internal side where this PCB is joined to the main motherboard.
Very nice job, we had to make a multilayer PCB (6 layers) to repair a Local Operating Panel, but sometimes customers don´t know the big efford behind this kind of repairs…

Un trabajo excelente; tuvimos que fabricar una PCB multicapa (6 capas) para reparar un Local Operating Panel, pero a veces los clientes no saben el esfuerzo y complejidad que hay detrás de este tipo de reparaciones.
