Today I show you this side of our store, full of MTU displays from different generations and styles, as DIS13 used in BlueLine LOP´s or DIS1 to DIS10 used at engine rooms and bridges for data monitoring.
Over the years we have been collecting defective units to be able to offer a different option to our customers, instead of buying a new unit. We work repairing the electronics and reconditioning some parts externally and internally to sell our units in exchange option for original damage units. With this option, we offer a faster solution than repair, supplying a working unit in the cases that our customer can´t wait for repair time or other situations.
On our different simulators we have these parts running in real system for some time, then, after crossing all the test we have for all the units, they pass to the “Ready to sell” list of equipment with one year warranty.
Sometimes, you could think factory can have spares for everything, but we have seen some parts could be delayed for months or even some of them are not manufactured anymore, obsolete units. We have been a good solution for all those cases.
