LMB3 from LOP8, BlueLine MTU system, PCB reconstruction

Another PCB reconstruction we had to do in motherboard of BlueLine LOP from a company in Venezuela. If you look this first photo you can see a big explosion and how somebody tried to make some kind of repair with wires, which probably after testing on board had a second explosion. This was because that section can manage power signals like for starting.

I show you again a process of the repair we did on this unit, which was completely damaged with problems in almost all the boards of the LOP, including display.

You can see the motherboard LMB3, not supplied by MTU as spare board, so this means you have to buy complete LOP (around 45.000€)…

Again we face against a multilayer PCB. Repairing BOBs, BIBs, MPU29, PSB4, display… but the key of this repair was on the important motherboard which interconnect all the rest of the units.
