I have found this video where you can see how we tested and repaired Naviop displays in 2.024. We have repaired some of these units with different problems, usually with touch screen problems.
Beginning of that year we also were in a project for supplying 4 SmartLine systems for 2 boats in Italy, which originally used BlueLine systems. For some reason, somebody stole the complete electronic system at those boats so our customer was looking for a solution.
We offered used/repaired units to install on those boats, modifying wiring and supplying CCU´s with SAM, CIB4, ECU7, Murphy displays and ROS7.
On the video you can see how we prepared everything on bench to test those SmartLine systems, doing a lot of test, because we had to send everything to be installed in Italy by different company. When we received some Naviop displays to be repaired, we took profit on the project of SmartLine to test also those Naviop units.
SmartLine installations you see a lot of times using Murphy displays or Naviop displays. We have repaired both models of displays.
I will share a photo of how it looks now in 2.025, our SmartLine simulator, after passing all the test in our bench.
