To test and repair the MTU equipment we receive from our worldwide customers, sometimes we need to design our own tools and simulators, that means to create from 0 a new unit, making schematics, choosing electronic components, making PCB, placing components and testing the unit.
Here you can see one PCB we designed and manufactured to test digital and analogue inputs and outputs from MTU units attached to our different simulators.
Step by step we can check all necessary electronic signals before sending back the repaired units. This is a quality control process we use to make our special laboratory almost like a real installation for different applications trying to find any extra problem on the units.
